synopsis

logline A tumbleweed named Dumbleweed must cross a very dangerous road in order to save Christmas for a young girl.
synopsis

Set in the desert during Christmas time, DUMBLEWEED, is a story about three tumbleweeds who overhear a young girl telling her father that she wished there was snow in the desert so that she could build a snowman.  After the young girl and her father leave to go get a Christmas tree, the tumbleweeds quickly assemble themselves in the shape of a snowman.  However, when the smallest tumbleweed, Dumbleweed, gets blown to the other side of the road he must overcome a myriad of dangerous obstacles in order to cross the road and surprise the young girl before she returns.

synopsis  Fa is a gentle and unassuming member of an eccentric religious sect cloistered in The Catskill Mountains. On the eve of her group's scheduled "departure from Earth" Fa discovers that their leader, who appears to them as an alien hologram transmitted from a distant galaxy, is crossing signals with a man named Malcolm who lives close by. After failing to convince the others of what she's seen, Fa sets out alone into the "real world" to find Malcolm and confront the awful truth face to face.
